Incompatibilidad con otras indemnizaciones. Las indemnizaciones establecidas en el presente Decreto como consecuencia de la supresión del empleo, son incompatibles con cualquier otra indemnización prevista para situaciones análogas o semejantes en otras disposiciones legales, en contratos de trabajo o en pactos o convenciones colectivas.
