La Navegación por los ríos Sinú y Atrato, además de las disposiciones sobre navegación fluvial a que está sujetas las embarcaciones de esas vías, estará sometida a las reglas relativas al comercio costanero, y por tanto, el Resguardo Nacional de las Aduanas establecerá para ella la fiscalización y vigilancia que le corresponde según el Decreto número 267 de 1924, sin perjuicio de la intervención de las autoridades fluviales para todo lo que les corresponda.
