Queda prohibido el transbordo en carretera, a menos que se presenten circunstancias de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito. En este evento se informará a la autoridad aduanera más cercana para que proceda a presenciar el transbordo y sentar el acta respectiva. En todo caso, el nuevo vehículo deberá estar autorizado para transportar mercancías sin nacionalizar. Capitulo VI. Disposiciones comunes.
