º. Cuando el Superintendente Bancario se encuentre administrando o liquidando una sociedad fiduciaria con arreglo a lo previsto en la letra q) del artículo 3º del Decreto 1939 de 1986, deberá dar aplicación, en lo pertinente, a las disposiciones contenidas en el Decreto 2217 de 1982 y las demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen o complementen.
