Artículo decimonoveno . Son funciones de los Consejos Consultivos

Darse su propio reglamento;

Elaborar las listas de candidatos a cargos de carácter docente e investigativo que deberán presentarse al Consejo Superior Universitario, por conducto del Rector;

Proponer al Consejo Superior Universitario la creación o supresión de cargos docentes e investigativos dentro de la respectiva unidad;

Remitir al Rector dos nombres para que él complete la terna de la cual el Consejo Superior Universitario elegirá el Decano o Director respectivo;

Las demás que le fije el estatuto general y los reglamentos de la Universidad.
