En desarrollo del proceso de fusión, la adecuación y operación de los sistemas contables, financieros, de tesorería, almacenes y demás servicios de apoyo, así como la transferencia de los bienes, derechos y obligaciones a la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional, Acción Social, deberá concluir el 31 de diciembre de 2005. Lo anterior de conformidad con las normas que regulan la materia.
