DE LA FABRICACION O INTRODUCCION DE JERINGAS NO AUTORIZADAS. El que fabrique o introduzca al país jeringas o agujas hipodérmicas, sin la autorización previa del Ministerio de Salud, incurrirá en multa de cuatro (4) a cuarenta (40) salarios mínimos mensuales.
