ARTICULO 5º. El pago de contado a que se refiere el punto II del literal c) del artículo anterior, será obligatorio al darse al servicio el sistema de irrigación. Con todo, los propietarios pueden efectuar tal pago de contado mediante traspaso de tierras a la Caja, según avalúo pericial, y siempre que ello se convenga antes de la fecha que para el efecto determine la Caja y que se formalice la correspondiente promesa de venta o la venta misma, dentro de los 60 días siguientes a esa fecha.
