ARTICULO 146 . TIEMPO MINIMO DE SERVICIO EN CADA GRADO. Fíjanse los siguientes tiempos mínimos de servicio en cada grado, como requisito para ascender al grado inmediatamente superior, según la clasificación del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria y Carcelaria Nacional: a) DRAGONEANTE Tres (3) años Distinguido Dos (2) años b) SUBOFICIAL

Subinspector Cuatro (4) años

Inspector Cuatro (4) años

Inspector Jefe Cuatro (4) años c) OFICIAL 1. Teniente Cuatro (4) años 2. Capitán Cuatro (4) años 3. Mayor Cuatro (4) años

Comandante Superior Cuatro (4) años El tiempo máximo de permanencia en los grados de Suboficiales y Oficiales no puede exceder los seis (6) años.
