Artículo tercero. El Presidente del Comité por solicitud del Director Ejecutivo, lo convocará [cuando sea necesario, para oír su parecer en la preparación de los estudios nombrados. El Director Ejecutivo concurrirá a sus sesiones y luego, terminados dichos estudias por la Superintendencia, fijará los precios respectivos, de con los artículos 2 0 . 3 0 concordantes del Decreto 1653 de 1960.
