Calificación del sumario. Perfeccionada la investigación o vencido el término instrucción, el juez, sin necesidad de concepto del Ministerio Público, procederá a llamar a juicio al sindicado, a sobreseerlo definitivamente, o a ordenar el archivo del sumario, según el caso, de conformidad con lo estatuido en el capítulo precedente.
