ARTICULO 80 . DE LA AUTORIDAD COMPETENTE PARA IMPONER SANCIONES. Le corresponde al Ministerio de Comunicaciones ejercer la función sancionatoria a los operadores del servicio de telefonía móvil celular. Para tal efecto impondrá las sanciones administrativas contenidas en el Decreto-ley 1900 de 1990, el Decreto Autónomo 2122 de 1992, sin perjuicio de las demás acciones establecidas en la ley y las que le corresponda imponer a otras autoridades dentro de la esfera de sus atribuciones.
