A efectos de garantizar el cumplimiento del artículo 74 de la Ley 65 de 1993, el Director del INPEC y los Directores Regionales deberán resolver en un plazo no mayor de treinta (30) días, previa consulta con los organismos de seguridad, las solicitudes de traslados que se hallen en curso.
