RENTA EXENTA PARA CONTRATOS VIGENTES A OCTUBRE 28 DE 1974. Terminada la deducción por agotamiento de que tratan los artículos 167 al 170, el explotador tendrá derecho año por año, a una exención del impuesto sobre la renta equivalente al 10% del valor bruto de la producción, determinada conforme a lo dispuesto en dichos artículos.
