Art. 3.° Autorízase así mismo al Poder Ejecutivo para modificar el contrato de 18 de diciembre de 1871, sobre construccion de una parte del camino del Meta, celebrado con el mismo señor González Vásquez, en el sentido de aumentar hasta a dos pesos cincuenta centavos el precio de conservación i construcción de cada metro de camino.
