Art. 186. En el adelantamiento y tramitación de los asuntos judiciales y civiles, los Agentes del Ministerio Público se asimilarán á los apoderados judiciales; pero cuando la ley establezca apremios que puedan afectar los intereses confía los á dichos empleados, no se emplearán tales apremio, sino el de multas sucesivas, hasta de diez pesos cada una en los Juzgados Municipales, de veinticinco pesos en los de Circuito, de cincuenta pesos en los Tribunales Superiores, y de cien pesos en la Corte Suprema.
