La Contraloría General de la República con sujeción a lo dispuesto en la Ley 11 de 1972 ejercerá la vigilancia fiscal sobre la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros y el Fondo Nacional del Café. La Federación y el Fondo no están obligados a pagar gastos de fiscalización distintos de los que ocasione la actuación de la Contraloría.
