Artículo l. ° Los cargamentos de cigarrillos que vengan dirigidos al puerto de Colón para hacer escala en éste y seguir después á puertos extranjeros del Océano Atlántico, se depositarán, una vez desembarcados en dicho lugar, en la Administración allí de la Renta de cigarrillos, hasta cuando deban ser desembarcados en buques que se dirijan á los mencionados puertos.
