Cualquier infracción a los mandamientos del presente Decreto, que no tenga prevista penalidad especial, dará lugar a las multas y apremios de que trata el artículo 70 de la Ley 6ª de 1945, que impondrán los Inspectores del Trabajo mientras empiezan a funcionar los Juzgados del Trabajo.
