Articulo 129. Be los estímulos y distinciones. Los empleados que se distingan por sus méritos en la prestación de los servicios. Se harán acreedores a les estímulos y distinciones que determinen los organismos de dirección del Sistema Nacional de Salud. Son estímulos y distinciones, entre otros, los siguientes: al La felicitación verbal o escrita; b) La postulación para el otorgamiento de becas; ' c) La designación para realizar estudios; I d) La publicación de trabajos meritorios por cuenta de las entidades del Sistema Nacional de Salud; e) Las condecoraciones.
