El Superintendente y los miembros de la Junta que no hagan parte de ella por razón del cargo que ocupan, tomarán posesión ante el Ministro de Justicia. Los demás empleados de la entidad tomarán posesión ante el Superintendente. Las certificaciones sobre el ejercicio del cargo del Superintendente y de miembros de la Junta las expedirá el respectivo empleado del Ministerio de Justicia. Los certificados sobre la misma materia del personal de la Superintendencia los expedirá el Superintendente o el empleado al cual se delegue tal función;
