Llamase encargo, el ejercicio transitorio ordenado por el Director General de Prisiones, a un Miembro del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, para ejercer las funciones de un cargo igual o de superior jerarquía, sin que exceda el término de tres (3) meses.
