Autorizase al Poder Ejecutivo para establecer, cuando lo crea necesario, un Resguardo en San Agustin, Pital ó Pitalito (Estado del Tolima), para evitar la introduccion de mercaderías de contrabando que puede hacerse á dicho Estado por el Territorio del Caquetá.
