Actividades de seguimiento. Las actividades de seguimiento de que trata el numeral 3.2 del artículo 3° del Decreto 028 de 2008, se realizarán en los sectores de salud, educación, agua potable y saneamiento básico y las actividades de inversión financiadas con los recursos de propósito general y las asignaciones especiales del Sistema General de Participaciones, por parte del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, a través de auditorías realizadas directamente o mediante la contratación de personas naturales o jurídicas, o mediante los procedimientos necesarios que permitan evidenciar los eventos de riesgo.
