°. Procedimiento para la administración del contingente . La Autoridad Administradora establecerá el procedimiento aplicable para el otorgamiento y administración de los cupos asignados en el marco del contingente IAMA, los cuales se otorgarán sin superar el tope fiscal aprobado por el Confis para la vigencia fiscal correspondiente, mediante acto administrativo que deberá expedirse para estos efectos.
