Artículo segundo. El subsidio de que trata el artículo anterior, correspondiente a los enfermos que se hallen hospitalizados se pagará así: veintinueve pesos ($ 29.00) moneda corriente, a la institución respectiva para gastos de alimentación y diez pesos ($ 10.00) moneda corriente, para que entreguen directamente al beneficiario.
