Se Entiende Por Artículos De Primera Necesidad Los Víveres, Drogas Y Mercancías De Ordinario Consumo, Entre Las Clases Populares, Tales Como Los Siguientes: 1

º Se entiende por artículos de primera necesidad los víveres, drogas y mercancías de ordinario consumo, entre las clases populares, tales como los siguientes

Leche

Carne

Arroz

Azúcar (centrifugada, refinada o mascabado)

Panela.

Cebada

Maíz

Frijoles, garbanzos, arvejas y lentejas

Harinas y féculas

Pan (corriente y negro)

Chocolate

Huevos

Manteca

Drogas y elementos terapéuticos y de higiene general.

Carbón (mineral y vegetal)

Productos textiles de primera necesidad

Materiales de construcción (cemento, hierro, ladrillo, adobe, arena)
