Art. 17. Queda autorizado el Poder Ejecutivo para señalar un día en que haya de cesar la circulación de las monedad de ochocientos treinta y cinco milésimos de ley (0'835); pudiendo estipularse una comisión hasta de cinco por ciento á favor del Banco, Compañía ó particular que haga la operación, y sufragar la pérdida á que ella dé lugar hasta en un treinta por ciento.
