Los Gerentes y los Directores de las Entidades Descentralizadas del Sector Defensa Nacional, serán los encargados de ejecutar los planes de bienestar social y cultural, utilizando los recursos de que trata el artículo 12 del presente Decreto, y de acuerdo con las políticas fijadas por las respectivas Juntas Directivas.
