Art. 7.° En los casos de enfermedad, licencia u otra causa accidental, el fiel de moneda podrá nombrar una persona que, bajo su responsabilidad, lo sustituya, prévia aprobación del Secretario de Hacienda i Fomento en la de Bogotá, i del Presidente del Estado respectivo en las demás, oyendo ántes el informe del Administrador contador, quien podiá admitir o rechazar al sustituto.
