Artículo décimo. Todo ganado que se transporte o movilice en las regiones indicadas en el artículo 7º del presente Decreto, deberá ostentar las marcas que indique el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario. El Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario se abstendrá de expedir la guía correspondiente, si el transportador no cumple con esta formalidad.
