Legalízase los siguientes gastos hechos en el año de 1919, con el producto del impuesto de peaje, en las vías nacionales de Oriente y el Meta, y con los cuales se excedieron las partidas correspondientes del Presupuesto Nacional de dicha vigencia: CAPITULO 68 Carreteras y caminos de herradura. Artículo 631. Por inventario de peaje en el camino de Oriente en el año de 1919 $ 513.09 Artículo 639 Por inversión del impuesto de peaje en el camino del Meta (Bogotá a Cabuyaro), en mismo año 1,624.04 Suma $ 2,137.13
