Modifíquese el numeral 1° del artículo 1.2.3.1 del Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Defensa, que en adelante tendrá el siguiente contenido:

“Artículo 1.2.3.1. Entidades Descentralizadas Indirectas. Son Entidades Descentralizadas Indirectas del Sector Defensa, las siguientes:

Corporación de Ciencia y Tecnología para el Desarrollo de la Industria Naval, Marítima y Fluvial (Cotecmar). Tiene como objeto el desarrollo y ejecución de la investigación, transferencia y aplicación de tecnología para la industria naval, marítima y fluvial.

(Estatutos aprobados por el Consejo Directivo de Cotecmar el 21 de julio de 2000)”.
