Art. 14. El requisito de la intervención de los herederos presentes o del curador de la herencia vigente, que ciertos casos exige el artículo 1352 de código civil, se entenderá llenado o en el hecho de que a solicitud del albacea o de cualquiera otro de los interesados se notifique a los herederos la gestión o demanda que promueva el albacea, o a que deba contestar según el caso. Dicha notificación se mandara hacer por el juez que haya de conocer el negocio en primera instancia.
