ARTICULO 102 . Vacaciones del comandante general de las fuerzas militares, comandantes de fuerza y otros . El Ministro de Defensa determinará la época del año en que el Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares puede hacer uso de vacaciones. Este último, a su vez, fijará las fechas en que deben disfrutar de vacaciones los Comandantes de Fuerza, el Jefe del Estado Mayor Conjunto el Director de la Escuela Superior de Guerra.
