Las autoridades de la Rama Jurisdiccional y del Cuerpo auxiliar de ésta que no cumplan lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, se considerarán incursas en faltas contrarias a la eficacia de administración de justicia, sancionables por la autoridad competente en cada caso, conforme a las normas legales sobre la materia.
