Salvo lo dispuesto en el numeral 3º del artículo 234 de este Código, la Inspección General del Ejército conoce en primera instancia de los procesos penales militares contra Oficiales, Suboficiales y soldados del Cuartel General del Comando del Ejército, contra Comandantes de División, y contra Oficiales, Suboficiales y soldados del Ejército cuyo conocimiento no esté atribuido a otro juzgado.
