Adiciónase el artículo 2.1.3.1.3. del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero con el siguiente

Parágrafo

"En aquellos casos en que el contrato no reproduzca el reglamento del fondo común ordinario, la sociedad fiduciaria estará obligada a entregar al inversionista copia del mismo, de lo cual deberá quedar constancia en el documento que contenga el contrato".
