Artículo único. En vez de tres Escribientes, la Comisión de Relaciones Exteriores creada por la Ley 9.ª del presente año, tendrá un Oficial Mayor, con ciento veinte pesos mensuales de sueldo, y un Escribiente con sesenta.

Queda así reformado el artículo 4.° de la citada Ley.
