Articulo 4º Para prestar asistencia técnica a los usuarios de créditos forestales, que otorgue el Estado, los profesionales de que trata el presente Decreto están obligados a inscribirse ante el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario. ICA, conforme con las disposiciones vigentes sobre el particular.
