Cuencas Compartidas . Cuando dos o más autoridades ambientales competentes tengan jurisdicción sobre una misma cuenca hidrográfica, las Comisiones Conjuntas de que trata el Decreto 1604 de 2002, coordinarán la implementación de la tasa por utilización de aguas en la cuenca compartida, sin perjuicio de las competencias da cada autoridad ambiental competente.
