El Contralor General organizara las Auditorias Seccionales que el Congreso autorice en los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarias de la República. Dichas Auditorias estarán a cargo de Auditores Seccionales, quienes desempeñaran todas las funciones que les asignen el Contralor y los reglamentos del Gobierno.
