En los concursos que se organicen para el ingreso al servicio público, serán admitidas en igualdad de condiciones las personas con limitación auditiva y visual asociada, siempre y cuando dicha limitación no resulte incompatible o insuperable frente al trabajo ofrecido, luego de haberse agotado todos los medios posibles de capacitación.
