°. TELECOM y las empresas telefónicas locales tendrán plazo máximo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1987 para firmar y legalizar los contratos de interconexión. Para la legalización de los contratos se deberá acompañar la paz y salvo de la cartera vencida con TELECOM o el convenio de pago de la misma. Mientras tanto, TELECOM llevará contablemente como depósitos en favor de cada telefónica, las sumas que les corresponda por el aumento en los porcentajes de participación establecidos en el presente Decreto.
