Demanda ejecutiva y medidas preventivas .- Solicitado el cumplimiento por el interesado, y previa denuncia de bienes hecha bajo juramento, el Juez decretará inmediatamente el embargo y secuestro de los bienes muebles o el mero embargo de inmuebles del deudor, que sean suficientes para asegurar el pago de lo debido y de las costas de la ejecución.
