Modifícase El Numeral 21 Y El Parágrafo 2° Del Artículo 6° Del Decreto 4765 De 2008, Los Cuales Quedarán Así: “21

°. Modifícase el numeral 21 y el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 6° del Decreto 4765 de 2008, los cuales quedarán así: “21. Orientar la gestión de recursos de asistencia técnica y cooperación internacional en materia de sanidad agropecuaria y representar al país en los foros y ante organismos internacionales en cumplimiento de su objeto. “

Parágrafo 2

Las decisiones administrativas y las medidas de prevención sanitaria y de control de insumos que el Instituto expida o adopte se dirigirán exclusivamente a velar por la seguridad colectiva de la producción agrícola y pecuaria, sin atender a situaciones particulares o subjetivas”.
