Artículo decimoprimero. Las mercancías que carezcan de valor comercial o que no sean aptas para su uso o consumo, serán igualmente recibidas y detalladas en actas separadas, a fin de que el Administrador de la Aduana solicite su destrucción con el lleno de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 8º del Decreto 203 de 1966.
