Las faltas que puedan cometer los miembros de las Fuerzas Militares que se encuentren en comisión en ministerios, departamentos administrativos, gobernaciones, alcaldías, Policía Nacional, y que no tengan superior jerárquico militar quedarán sometidas al Régimen Disciplinario que establece el presente reglamento y conocerá el Segundo Comandante de la respectiva Fuerza.
