Decreto 1485 de 1996 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Decreto 3466 de 1982, en materia de fijación pública de precios.

º. Cuando en el envase, empaque, o en el cuerpo del bien o mediante etiquetas adheridas a los bienes, se utilice código de barras, el expendedor podrá fijar el precio de venta al público atendiendo, a su elección a una de las siguientes modalidades

Fijación del precio en el bien mismo, mediante caracteres perfectamente legibles, o

Fijación por el sistema de listas . En este evento, el precio de los productos podrá fijarse en la góndola, anaquel o estante donde se encuentren ubicados los bienes, de manera clara y legible para el consumidor.
