Artículo único. Todos los billetes del Banco Nacional circulan bajo la fe y responsabilidad de la Nación y equivales para los efectos legales, á monedas de plata á la ley de 0,835, por las cuales serán cambiados cuando el Gobierno ordene su retiro de la circulación.
